Our Response to COVID-19

In the past weeks and the future weeks to come, the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic happening around the globe, throughout the United States, and within our own local communities will be ever changing. All of us here at Frankman Motor Company would like our Customers and Vendors to know that our first and foremost priority will be the health and safety of all those who visit and service our facilities. 


We would like to thank all of the healthcare professionals who have put in the additional hours, come out of retirement, and put their own lives on the line to help those affected by COVID-19. These individuals are the main line of defense for the nation against this battle and all of us here at Frankman Motor Company are forever thankful. As well, those with occupations in critical infrastructure industries such as Utilities, Transportation, Food Sales, and Pharmacies shall not be forgotten as they return to work each and everyday to ensure these vital resources keep flowing towards our country's citizens. 


We have taken steps in all of our departments to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and flatten the curve of infection in our city and state. We will continue to re-evaluate our processes daily to ensure that they are up to the standards recommended by our federal and local governments respectively. The COVID-19 pandemic is not a static situation and our policies and practices must reflect that. 


Sales Department: We have now moved to no contact Test Drives as well as making the full buying process possible from outside of the building. In whichever way our customers want to contact us, we have made it the standard process for all test drive appointments to be contactless.

-After the appointment is set, our sales staff will collect proof of valid driver's license over

email or text. 

-The vehicle(s) included in the appointment will be sanitized, cleaned, and prepped for

your arrival as always.

-The keys to the vehicle will be on the windshield waiting for you. You will not be required

to come in and sign any documents or verify your arrival. You are good to go and may

take the vehicle(s) for the duration of your appointment!

-Your Sales Staff member will be in touch with you every step of the way to answer any

questions, verify any vehicle specifications and help with any other vehicles you may be

interested in as normal!

-Our Purchase process follows suit with almost all paperwork being able to be emailed to

you directly for verification and signatures! For any items such as bank contracts that

must be signed in person, we can bring those items outside to you in your vehicle to sign

without any risk of exposure to outside elements. 

-All processes are flexible and can be made to accommodate any request!


Service Department: Our Service Center has also made changes to ensure the safe operation and cleanliness of its department. All customer appointments have moved to DROP OFF ONLY. Our waiting room is closed and all shuttle rides and services have been suspended to eliminate the possibility of transmission of germs between surfaces. 


We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that all customers have a form of transportation arranged with someone in their household or arrange for us to pick up your vehicle for you! All of our Service Writers and Master Technicians have been instructed to wear gloves and sanitize surfaces inside all vehicles before and after service for the safety of themselves as well as our customers. 


We are currently operating at full capacity and are proud to be able to offer almost all of our services after taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our patrons. Thank you for your understanding for the services we are unable to continue offering. We shall continue these procedures until we are instructed by both local and federal governments that the spread of COVID-19 has been mitigated to the point where they are no longer necessary.
